How it works — step by step
A test order is a small, real production task. It lets us evaluate your quality and lets you understand our workflow — building trust on both sides.
Select Technologies
We choose the manufacturing technologies to verify your capabilities — CNC Milling, EDM, Grinding, 3D Printing, and more.
We Send a Task
For each selected technology you receive a drawing or 3D model with specified material, quantity, and a fixed price per part or batch.

Shipping & Inspection
Ship the finished parts to the Everypart office. Our engineers inspect dimensions, surface finish, and packaging quality.
Parts Approved
Pass the inspection and confirm your production quality for each verified technology. You are now eligible for real manufacturing orders.
Quality Confirmed Certificate
We verify your company's legal standing, business licenses, and quality certifications. Once everything checks out, you receive the Quality Confirmed certificate for each verified technology.

Evaluation Criteria
What we evaluate
Every test order is reviewed against four key criteria. These apply to manufacturing suppliers; digital service and assembly partners are evaluated against criteria relevant to their category. Transparent standards — no surprises.
Dimensional Accuracy
Parts must match the drawing within specified tolerances. We measure critical dimensions with calibrated instruments.
Surface Finish
Surface quality must meet the required Ra value. We check for tool marks, burrs, and overall finish consistency.
Communication
Timely responses, clear updates on production progress, and proactive communication about any issues.
Packaging & Shipping
Parts must arrive undamaged. We evaluate packaging quality, labeling, and delivery timeliness.
